Who we are
Trunkhaven ("we", "us") operates trunkhaven.com. Contact: support@trunkhaven.com.
What we collect
- Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone number and the items you buy. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages: what you write to us by email.
- Site usage: pages viewed and clicks, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure our advertising and improve the site.
Why we use it
- To fulfil and ship your order and send you order confirmations and tracking.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To measure and improve our advertising (aggregated statistics).
- To comply with legal obligations such as tax records and fraud prevention.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the store: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our fulfillment and shipping partners (who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel), our email provider, and advertising platforms (Meta) in the form of pixel events. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads lead to purchases. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser; the store still works without them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and consumer law (typically 5 years). Support emails are kept for 2 years. Pixel data is retained according to Meta's policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop marketing communications, by emailing support@trunkhaven.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide; we honour them for every customer.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our providers, who maintain industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
