Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only (excluding PO Boxes, APO/FPO and US territories). Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days after processing. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic retailers. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Import duties

Prices include all shipping and import handling. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, do not pay it and contact us first.

Tracking

Tracking updates can take up to 5 days to appear after the shipping email. If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, write to us and we will investigate with the carrier.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your kit, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We may ask for a photo or a short description of the issue so we can improve. For items that arrive damaged or defective, we send a replacement or refund at no cost and you do not need to return the item.

Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows no delivery 30 days after shipping, we reship your order or refund you in full, your choice.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped, the return policy above applies.
