1. The store

trunkhaven.com is an online store operated by Trunkhaven, an independent seller. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the United States. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe or PayPal. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is unavailable, if the address cannot be served, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, typically 7–15 business days after processing, as described in the Shipping & Refund Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or incorrect addresses provided by the customer, but we will always help resolve them.

4. Refunds and returns

See the Shipping & Refund Policy. In short: 30-day money-back guarantee, free replacement for damaged or defective items, buyer pays return shipping for change of mind.

5. Product use

Our products are household pet-grooming accessories. Use them as described on the packaging. They are not toys; keep them away from small children.

6. Intellectual property

The Trunkhaven name, site text and layout belong to us. Product images may belong to our suppliers and are used with permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Contact and disputes

Write to support@trunkhaven.com first; we solve almost everything by email within a few days. If we cannot, you keep every right your local consumer law provides.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
